Types of information we collect
We collect two basic types of information from you when you provide it to us or when you use or interact with our Services: personal information and non-personal information. Business Needs Information: information and details about confidential projects or other requests you submit via our online or offline Services. Demographic Information: Date of birth and gender, socio-economic status, income, nationality, current city of residence and national ID. You may also voluntarily provide us with racial or ethnic background information. Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device type and device identifiers. Account Information: If you create an account, we may store and use your name, email address, user testimonials, work done by you inside our platforms, zip or postal code and other personal information you may provide with your account, together with data about your use of our website. You can modify some of the personal information associated with your account. If you believe that someone has created an unauthorized account, you can request its removal. Resume / Employment Information: Some of our Services permit you to upload your resume or provide employment-related information that would typically be found within a resume (i.e., current income, previous employment, education information, etc.). Some of the information contained within your resume may be considered personal information. Information you provide in connection with career services, for example, salary information, job placement information, career goals, work experience, and other information. Information you provide to us in connection with any application or admissions process, including, for example, educational and work experience, prerequisite knowledge, any pre-assessment you complete, your goals, and other information.

We need to collect personal information and non-personal information from you in order to provide you with our Services, as well as to improve your experience. You may provide us with your information in several ways, including, for example when you:

Use of Your Information

At any time, you can update your preferences by clicking the link in any emails you receive from us. The link will always be in the footer of the email. We do not sell your personal information to others or disclose to third parties
We won’t share your information with anyone. Some of our databases are hosted by third parties but we agree with those third parties that they will keep your information secure and not use it for other purposes. A number of other people’s websites have links from our site. If you link to their sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this privacy statement. If we believe that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to others, we reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct. We may from time to time provide information of a general nature to third parties – for example, the number of individuals visiting our website or completing a registration form, but we will not use any information that could identify those individuals.

Social Media Integration
Our Services may, from time to time, contain links to and from social media platforms. You may choose to connect to us through a social media platform, such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter, and when you do, we may collect additional information from you, including the information listed in the Types of Information We Collect section above. Please be advised that social media platforms may also collect information from you. When you click on a social plug-in, such as Facebook’s “Like” button or Twitter’s “Tweet” button, that particular social network’s plugin will be activated and your browser will directly connect to that provider’s servers. We encourage you to review the social media platforms’ usage and disclosure policies and practices, including the data security practices, before using them.
We will not keep Personal Information longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes outlined herein. We seek to avoid the retention of unnecessary or duplicative information. You can always request its deletion via email@example.com.
Premium KPI takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information it maintains is reliable for and relevant to, its intended use. We also endeavor to ensure that such information is accurate, complete and current. In order to protect data privacy, we implement physical, technical and administrative measures such as: Regular updating and testing our security technology;implementing technology of highest security standards;ensuring that our partners are GDPR compliant;signing Non-Disclosure-Agreements (NDAs) with you;signing Non-Disclosure-Agreements (NDAs) with our employees;providing access to personal data only to authorized employees;training employees about GDPR and taking appropriate disciplinary;measures to enforce employees’ privacy responsibilities.
We give you a variety of options with respect to the Personal Information we collect. Opt-Out of Cookies and Other Similar Technologies. Access, Deletion and Correction
Where required by applicable law, Premium KPI provides Users with the right to access, delete and correct their Personal Information that Premium KPI holds and controls. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Premium KPI has the right to limit access to the Premium KPI Web Portal to only customers and partners. All registering users are approved by Premium KPI and only given access to the Web Portal documents and information once approved. Premium KPI has the right to remove membership and terminate user access to the Web Portal. Mischief, spamming, and abuse of the web portal are deemed unacceptable and may result in account deactivation.
